ConnectED Careers offers a menu of services that help industries, associations, and conference hosts design and implement meaningful youth engagement experiences.
Core Program
Experience Design: Collaborate with conference organizers to create an interactive, age-appropriate program connecting students to key themes and careers within the industry.
Industry Engagement: Recruit and prepare exhibitors or sponsors to participate in student activities (e.g., scavenger hunts, mentorship booths, hands-on demos).
Student Outreach & Recruitment: Coordinate with local high schools and districts and youth organizations to market the opportunity and manage student participation.
Logistics & Planning: Support host partners with event flow, scheduling, run of show, and day-of materials.
Facilitation & Staffing: On-site coordination and facilitation of the entire student experience, including volunteer management and industry partner support.
Marketing & Communications: Custom materials to promote the initiative’s community impact (press releases, social media campaigns, post-event reports).
Evaluation & Impact Reporting: Collect feedback from students, companies, and educators to measure learning outcomes, brand impact, and workforce connections.
Expanded Program
Educator Toolkits: Classroom resources aligned with industries represented at conferences for follow up lessons or projects.
Subscription Model for Conferences: Annual partnership that includes planning, facilitation, and post-event analytics.
